Depression Counseling

Learn a variety of stress management skills from our experienced counselors. We assist clients with relaxation training, breathing awareness, meditation, and exercise. Many of the techniques and treatments are similar to dealing with anxiety, and we also advise clients on how nutrition affects their stress level.
